commissioner, asked Malcolm Campbell to involve PEPYS. He then took charge of the driving
school, HENDON.

accident rate was reduced by 70%.
•In1957 The system was adopted for
motorcycles.
•By 1970 a 88% reduction in
accidents was achieved.
